The Putin cancer is spreading to Africa. Having pulled out of the grain treaty that was brokered by Turkey last year, Russia is making sure no ships get in or out of Ukrainian ports and is determined to destroy both Ukraine’s grain-storing infrastructure as well as any grain currently in storage.

Rakets have been flying from all directions and sending the sleeping residents of Odesa running for cover since a minor explosion happened on Putin’s “look how big mine is” bridge, the Crimean or Kerch Bridge. With no effective means left to wage war but shoot rockets at innocent, non-combatants, Russia has decided that the next phase of the war, before its inevitable battlefield collapse, must involve as many non-combatants as possible and so it will now starve Africa.

Russian cruise missiles destroyed farm storage buildings in the Odesa region early Friday, Ukrainian officials said, as the Kremlin’s forces expanded their targets following three days of bombardment of the region’s Black Sea port infrastructure.

Other Russian missiles damaged what officials described only as an “important infrastructure facility” southwest of the port…
