Vance Shuns German Chancellor and Meets with Head of Right-Wing (neo-Nazi) Party
The U.S. is positioning itself to take the lead among world fascists.
The Vice President of the United States flew into Germany for the Munich Security Conference, but instead of meeting with the head of our most important ally in Europe, Chancellor Olaf Scholz, JD Vance met with the leader of what most Europeans consider to be a neo-Nazi party, the Alternative for Germany Party (AfD). With only a week before the election in Germany, Vance’s decision to meet with Alice Weidel, the AFD Party leader, demonstrates to the world that the United States is all in on helping other countries transition to fascism.
U.S. Vice President JD Vance met AfD party leader Alice Weidel during a visit to Munich on Friday, nine days before Germany’s election — but pointedly failed to meet with Germany’s Chancellor Olaf Scholz.
During his visit, he lectured European leaders about the state of democracy and said there is no place for “firewalls.”
