Tucker Carlson Makes His First Trip to Moscow
Takes in the ballet, attends a gala ball, and meets with his handlers, perhaps?

There he was, the most eloquent fool of them of all and Kremlin favorite Tucker Carlson, pulling his suitcase through Sheremetevo Airport in Moscow. Looking pallid in the way a long flight makes us but seemingly excited about his first trip to “What America Could Be Land,” Carlson had arrived to bask in love — and I am sure to get instructions for the big year ahead.
Russia’s fascists love Tucker. Once, I met the devil woman from Russia Today (RT) in Davos, Margarita Simonyan, and she told me that the RT people had learned so much from Fox News and Tucker in particular. He is “brave to challenge the propaganda of the White House,” she told me. Imagine Tucker Carlson being considered journalistically brave. This is like calling Trump’s rantings on social media poignant.
As a private citizen no longer affiliated with Fox News, Carlson can travel to any country he wishes. Travel to Russia is still open, and Russia wants to keep it that way. Tucker Carlson, however, is not just any private citizen. For years, Carlson mutilated the facts, grinding them up a fatty, unhealthy but oh-so-tasty loaf of scrapple, which he fed to millions of Americans every weeknight.
Shamelessly, he led them down dark alleys and into dreary, lie-infested rabbit holes. Once there, lost, scared, and unsure how to climb back out, Carlson would never offer a helping hand to his viewers. He wanted them to wallow in the bleakness to ensure that their extremist views would fester. Once they fermented to the point where they were beginning to go slightly off, he’d instruct them to climb back out. His out-of-shape figure and whiny voice would always greet them for the next journey into the darkness.
Russians watched as the master worked, and they loved him. They learned from him. Pro-Putin acquaintances after the war began regularly sent me Carlson’s words: “See, there is truth in America. He’s so brave, but we fear the White House will have him killed.” Russians in March 2022 actually thought it would be our president who would begin killing journalists.
