Republicans Mocking America With their Faux Outrage
They want visitor logs for President Biden’s private residence in Delaware. There are “no visitors logs,” Biden’s people tell them, and voila! A Benghazi-like non-scandal guaranteed to distract the nation for years is born.
Other than Hugh Heffner, the former owner of Playboy magazine, most American citizens don’t keep visitor logs to their private residences. Heffner only kept them because he wanted to be able to trace the sexually-transmitted diseases back to their source.
“It’s burning! Check the logs and see which SOB got gave me the clap!”
I don’t think any such behavior was going on out in Joe’s garage but then again, the lone document found — that is exactly how many classified documents were found in the garage, one! — was near his rocking cool Corvette.
“Hey Mary (the neighbor lady who hangs wash wearing only a bra and a pair of clam-digger pants, which are Capri pants to everyone not in the mid-Atlantic states), you want to see my rocking cool Corvette. Come on into my garage…oopsy-daisy, is that a classified document?”
That is pretty much how things would have unfolded if Biden was Trump, or say, Bill Clinton.
