MAGidiots Blowing Fuses Over Harris’ Chances
Fearing Trump could lose, they are calling Biden’s stepping aside a ‘bloodless coup.’
MAGidiots were beyond themselves with joy when they watched President Biden struggle at the debate. The confidence that Trump was finally going to get to save America was running high just before the attempt on his life. At the convention, the cup of crazy was running over. Then, Joe Biden did what politically savvy fascists like Steve Bannon said would be a nightmare for them: He quit the race and passed the torch to his vice president.
Since that moment, the Foxified, cultist brains have been shortcircuiting with such frequency that electric grids in red states have been smoking. An Ohio congressman, George Lang, warned that if Trump loses, then it might take a civil war, but MAGA will save the country. This, folks, is a Republican sitting member of Congress.
A New York Times analysis of statements by Republican senators, representatives, and governors found that their reactions to Ms. Harris’s presumptive candidacy and Mr. Biden’s withdrawal clustered around several themes, including the opinions that Mr. Biden must resign or that the events of the past few days amounted to election subversion or a bloodless coup (Coup and Cover-Up).
