JD Vance Dares to Lecture Europe About Democracy at Munich Security Conference
Russia and China ‘not the real enemies…your own citizens are the enemy.’
One of the main takeaways from the most horrifying speech ever made by a U.S. Vice President was that the United States is willing to burn its alliances with Europe to protect Elon Musk. I am not making this up. He said this to the shock of the assembled leaders. Musk has been using his Twitter platform to throw the full weight of stupid behind right-wing parties throughout the world — most recently the AFD Party in Germany to German chagrin.
Speaking at the Munich Security Conference, the world’s foremost conference that pulls together defense industry specialists, ministers, and other experts to discuss the most pressing issues affecting world security today, the child-like Vance stood before the experience group and dared to say that their countries were not threatened by Russia or China. That perception, Vance lectured, often wagging his finger at them like a bratty boy on the school playground, was wrong despite being backed up by a genociding Russian war against a nearby European country. The greatest threat to European security was the failure of the liberal democracies to be more accepting of the rising tide of fascist movements like the AFD.
