I too have seen the plummet and it totally corresponds with the end of the bonus-period and the beginning of the writing contest. I received $500 each month as a bonus from Medium each month and was LOVING Medium. Earnings also were highest ever.

From literally August 1 I have dropped back to a reader-view ratio like when I had 200 followers — today I have 1500.

Greed? Chaos in the head of the owner? It really sucks…I used to love writing here.
