I doubt that. The youth of Russia are well-trained to stay out of other people's business. I have personally seen dozens of instances of a complete lack of concern for strangers in distress. I was walking down an empty sidewalk one early morning in 2022 trying to not to fall on this one portion of really icy sidewalk. Nonetheless, I was suddenly airborne and hit the ground incredibly hard. Three 20-something students saw me hit, laughed and worked their way around me. Another famous incident, a young woman suffered an epileptic fit and fell onto the tracks in metro between two cars--the train was still picking up passengers. Five youth--late teens--looked down at her, pointed and laughed. Everything was seen on the metro's video and analyzed later in the media. They did NOTHING! After about 40 seconds, the doors closed and the train crushed the young girl. Such incidents happen every day--not train crushings--but other ones where strangers need help and most just avoid them like they are lepers.
