I agree but I think we all just need to be realistic.

Starting the new year with such a declaration is depressing, to say the least.

I agree but I think we all just need to be realistic. There's not a lot of positive in Russia now. Anyway, Happy New Year! And yes, we need to give Ukraine whatever they need.
