Hello Tony, I don't know how else to reach you. I wrote to the support and Judith answered me. I had an article that was boosted--second on since the program began--and it has done really well. It was obviously paywalled and earned $398 in the first two days. Then the earnings stopped. I did nothing to change any settings. From the 22nd of November the article on your side, when Judith checked it, showed it being un-paywalled. Shocked, I checked it from my side and it was paywalled. In the three days it was allegedly not paywalled, the article has been read over 6000 times and has had 208 comments. I have no idea of how much that earning would have meant for my Christmas shopping budget but I imagine over $1000. I never, nor would I ever, unpaywall anything. I am sitting here eating antiacid tablets I am so upset at this glitch not of my doing. Is there anything you can do to calculate the loss earnings and add it to my December payment. I am a loyal, albeit whiney writer who is really down over this issue--as you know, I would never stop my earnings. I hope you see this.
